How your iSFP adds up
Single-family or two-family home, terraced or semi-detached house

The subsidy is 50 % of the fee, but at most the amount stated in the current BAFA leaflet.

What exactly is included in the fixed price is stated in the contract you receive before the on-site visit.
Multi-family buildings
For buildings with 3 or more housing units the subsidy cap is higher (currently €850). We quote the fixed price in a conversation, depending on the number of housing units.
