Renovation roadmap in the Rhine-Main area
Do you have a house in Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt or nearby? We prepare your individual renovation roadmap and show what the funding means for you.
What a renovation roadmap does for you in the Rhine-Main area
Many homeowners in the Rhine-Main area face the same questions: is a new heating system worth it now, or should the roof be insulated first? Which windows fit a later facade insulation? And which funding is available for which step? The individual renovation roadmap answers exactly that. It shows for your house which measures make sense in which order, how they fit together technically, roughly what they cost and which subsidies may apply. This helps you avoid costly mistakes such as an oversized heating system or windows that do not match the insulation – and you decide yourself when to carry out each step.
Typical buildings in your region
Typical are single-family and two-family homes, terraced houses and multi-family buildings of very different ages.
A large share of residential buildings in Germany was built before 1979, i.e. before the first thermal insulation regulation. These houses usually have the greatest savings potential: uninsulated roofs and walls, old windows and heating systems that are often larger than necessary. With newer houses, the focus is more often on individual components or a change of heating system.
